📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Coordinate data gathering and platform configuration
• Provide administrator training and define implementation requirements
• Act as technical contact for new customers deploying OpenGov
• Guide government staff through deployment and workflows
• Improve customer processes and drive value during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in public sector in procurement, budgeting, or similar
• 2+ years in software implementation consulting with external clients
• Strong data analysis and governmental concepts knowledge
• Experience training customers on software workflows
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, reporting)
