📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding for lower-segment accounts
• Deliver Spanish-language enablement (live sessions and modules)
• Configure standard integrations and features with repeatable playbooks
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers
• Track and report implementation KPIs and handoff artifacts
• Run multi-customer cohorts to increase throughput while maintaining quality

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication; English proficiency
• 2–4+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing delivery
• Experience executing standardized remote implementations with timelines
• Strong project management: planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, risk management
• Technical aptitude to guide configuration and troubleshoot
• Customer-centric mindset to drive adoption through practical training
