📋 Description

• Build trust with customers. Maintain regular engagement cadences during implementation.
• Guide growth. Outline customer goals and actions to meet them; review onboarding progress.
• Build champions. Grow Fieldguide knowledge among customer stakeholders.
• Advocate for the customer. Link customers with cross-functional teams and inform product roadmap.
• Mitigate risks. Identify risks and create action plans to mitigate them.
• Measure and document progress. Track adoption and value realization with case studies and success

🎯 Requirements

• Deep industry knowledge with 2+ years leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing and
• 1+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar in a top firm or
• Strong consulting skills to help complex organizations succeed as trusted advisor.
• Project management proficiency; ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers/projects with
• Executive presence and ability to influence across internal teams and customers.
• Bias towards action; ownership of projects end-to-end with minimal direction.
