📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring delivery per objectives.
• Conduct client discovery to understand objectives, processes, and outcomes.
• Translate current-state processes into future-state workflows in the software.
• Serve as primary SME and build trusted client relationships.
• Configure and customize solutions; guide clients through capabilities.
• Coordinate with PMs and product/dev teams on milestones and changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in CS/Software Engineering/IT, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, or 5–7 years without a degree.
• Experience working directly with customers in software implementation or consulting.
• Strong understanding of software development practices; can communicate with dev teams.
• Proven business analysis and requirements gathering; translate processes to solutions.
• Strong communication; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
