📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
• Conduct client discovery and requirements sessions
• Translate current-state processes into future-state workflows
• Identify config needs and align with client goals
• Serve as primary SME for implementations
• Configure, customize, and demonstrate software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS/SE/IT or related field; equivalent exp
• Minimum 3 years relevant exp (or 5–7 yrs if no degree)
• Experience with software implementation, consulting, or tech delivery
• Strong understanding of software dev practices and translating requirements
• Proven business analysis and requirement gathering skills
• Independent decision-making, organization, planning
