Implementation Consultant - German Fluency

📋 Description

• Own the customer relationship and drive successful deployment of Samsara’s solution.
• Define and deliver a project plan to achieve value with customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Eng, and Product.
• Travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time (overnight stays possible).
• Lead workshops and guide change management and training as needed.
• Juggle multiple deployments while delivering exceptional customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in implementation, PM, or onboarding (enterprise SaaS/hardware preferred).
• Strong project management skills with methodologies.
• 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end implementations.
• Experience managing 20+ implementations/projects concurrently.
• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) required.
