  • BS/BA in CS/IS/EE or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with contact center technologies, CRM, and analytics.
  • Ability to design and implement technical and business solutions.
  • MBA preferred.
