Implementation Engineer, Digital Diagnostics (DDx)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with DDx customers during implementation
• Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT
• Manage project tasks, track schedules, and communicate risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation roles
• Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
• Experience handling difficult customers and resolutions
• Ability to learn quickly about our business and products
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and LIS (Epic Beaker, Novopath, Cerner Millenium) preferred
• Travel <20%
