Implementation Engineer: Transmission Line & Structural Design

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in India; supports delivery and pre-sales with Australia/US teams.
• Focus on overhead transmission line design and structural aspects (towers, poles, loads).
• Ingest client data, evaluate routes/designs, monitor cost, loads, and clearances in real time.
• Engage with clients, compare Neara outputs to legacy tools, build confidence.
• Occasional India delivery work (model build, QA, GIS/LiDAR).
• Note: Not delivering PLS-CADD as a service; use to understand client workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering with exposure to overhead transmission
• Experience: 3–5 years in OHTL/OHL projects, routing, load analysis, tower optimization.
• Domain Knowledge: Tower behavior, load cases, line angles, clearances, foundations.
• Technical Skills: Read drawings, tower/foundation details, geotechnical inputs; AutoCAD.
• Communication: Fluent English; strong client-facing comms.
• Flexibility: Willing to work hybrid across India/US/Australia time zones; some travel.
