Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for customers from onboarding through support, building relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales to ensure smooth handover and clear expectations.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Lead professional services engagements: integrations, data migrations, reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless implementation.
• Understand customer goals and challenges; provide guidance to drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in customer implementation, onboarding, PM, or consulting
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementations
• Experience leading professional services engagements (integrations, migrations, reporting)
• Experience translating customer needs into implementation plans
• Experience in a customer-facing role with HR leaders and recruiters
