📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers from sale to service.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Oversee program rollouts, construction readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage risks and ensure go-lives in healthcare facilities.
• Deliver tailored rollout strategies for scalability and customer success.
• Bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams to meet objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects.
• Strong program/ERP coordination and deployment management.
• Subject matter expert in network infra and deployment requirements.
• Experience with field site assessments, installation readiness, and logistics.
• Proven track record of aligning client needs with timelines and technical execution.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across teams and vendors.
