📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers, coordinating between Sales, Field Technicians
• Manage installation and product deployment to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.
• Oversee strategic program Rollouts, including construction readiness and stakeholder coordination.
• Act as Primary Point of Contact for timelines, standards, and communications throughout the
• Supervise field teams and technicians to ensure high-quality on-site work and issue resolution.
• Perform field visits to assess infrastructure, gather technical requirements, and ensure site

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing
• Experience in ERP systems, project coordination, and field deployments.
• Strong ability to manage deployment logistics, supplier coordination, and site readiness.
• Proven track record of delivering customer success and high satisfaction during deployments.
• Hands-on construction/installation experience and collaboration with building stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
