Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients
• Ensure seamless transition from sale to service and drive customer success
• Oversee rollout planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation for healthcare deployments
• Coordinate with ERP systems, project plans and field teams for on-site installations
• Manage communications and timelines across multiple stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects
• Proven track record of end-to-end deployments across multiple sites
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with ERP/SCM tools and field installation processes
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
• Collaborative mindset and solutions-oriented approach
