Implementation Manager, Healthcare

📋 Description

• Partner with CS, Product, Eng, and customers for solid, launch-ready implementations.
• Lead onboarding from post-sale to production launch.
• Configure integrations, workflows, call routing, IVRs, telephony in health-tech.
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage testing, QA, and go-live readiness.
• Build docs, guides, and playbooks for future deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7+ years in technical implementation or related roles.
• Hands-on configuration for integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data mappings.
• Experience owning projects from discovery through production launch.
• Strong troubleshooting to isolate and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent written documentation and communication skills.
• Builder mindset—creating scalable processes.
• Bonus: healthcare platforms (Athena, eClinicalWorks) and CCaaS.
