In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs in participants' homes
• Assist with Instrumental ADLs like laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meals
• Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed
• Act as medical escort for appointments and safe transfers
• Assist rehab team with home exercise programs per care plan
• Provide translation services as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS/First Aid certification
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
