In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care in participants’ homes
• Visit 2-5 patients per day with 8-hour total shift
• Assist with ADLs and instrumental tasks in care plans
• Support IDT with care planning and translations as needed
• Escort participants to medical appointments by vehicle
• Carry out home exercise programs after training

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current BLS/First Aid certification
• CNA or HHA preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry
• CPR/First Aid within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire)
