Assist with ADLs and instrumental tasks per care plan
Transport participants to medical appointments as needed
Support rehabilitation exercises per IDT plan

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Current BLS/First Aid certification
CNA or HHA certification preferred
Bilingual preferred
Registered with Home Care Registry before start
CPR/First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred)
