Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs in participants' homes (bathing, dressing
Assist with Instrumental ADLs (laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, light meals).
Act as medical escort to appointments and support safe transfers in/out of homes.
Carry out home exercise programs as indicated in care plan after training.
Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current BLS/First Aid certification.
CNA or HHA certification preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at start).
