📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR)
• Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain records
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Maintain financial data in QuickBooks
• Track expenses, invoices, and financial documentation
• Support internal reporting and leadership visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 2–3 years of experience with US-based clients/companies
• Strong experience with QuickBooks (certification a plus)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely
