In-House Lawyer (Legal HR Team)

📋 Description

• Review, process, and oversee HR docs for legal compliance.
• Draft and coordinate HR legal documents across Polish/international entities.
• Provide legal support on labor law across the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to update internal policies.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in employment law; multi-jurisdiction experience.
• Deep knowledge of employment/HR law, compliance, remuneration structures, commissions, investigations.
• Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex legal projects.
• Excellent English (Legal English, min. C1).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• High attention to detail and proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Polish attorney-at-law asset but not required.
