📋 Description

• Provide small-group reading/math tutoring to students developing literacy skills
• Implement Braintrust Tutors’ intervention programs with fidelity
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance
• Collaborate with Operations team and school staff to support student growth
• Foster a supportive classroom environment and follow school-site procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Active/expired teaching license or at least 5 years of K-8 experience
• Reading instruction experience with morphology-based word study, vocab development, and reading
• Math instruction knowledge covering number sense, fluency, and problem solving
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and/or technology for instruction; laptop or iPad with required software
