Handle 500+ hot leads daily via multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram)
Collaborate with marketing to ensure onboarding and activation
Improve onboarding flow to boost conversion and reduce drop-offs
Communicate project value, benefits and expectations clearly
Work with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency

🎯 Requirements

Spanish native or at least C2; English B1+
Ability to manage large lead volumes across social channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with focus on conversion, retention, and performance metrics
Independent, fast-paced, target-driven work style
Pro-active approach and desire to contribute to the project
