📋 Description

• Operationalize crisis management program with scalable plans
• Act as Incident Commander or support as needed during activations
• Design and facilitate crisis exercises and simulations
• Lead after-action reviews and track corrective actions
• Collaborate with GSOC, Legal, People, Communications, IT Security, Facilities
• Maintain Crisis Management Team rosters and activation contacts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in emergency management, incident or crisis management
• Led cross-functional response teams as Incident Commander
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Designed and facilitated multi-level exercises
• Strong written and verbal communication; exec briefings
• Build partnerships across many stakeholders
