Industrial Engineer

📋 Description

• Ensure safe, efficient plant operations and optimal layouts
• Balance production lines and improve process flows
• Define cycle times and headcount to meet demand
• Lead cross-functional IE studies and standard work procedures
• Support launches/new projects with IE deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 3+ years in industrial engineering; 5+ preferred
• 1+ year in project management (desirable)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to travel (10%+)
