Industrial Engineer

📋 Description

• Ensure safe, efficient plant operations and layouts
• Develop optimal plant/process layouts and flows
• Define/monitor cycle times and headcount needs
• Lead IE studies and balance production lines
• Support launches/new projects with IE deliverables
• Drive continuous process improvement and standard work

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 3+ years in industrial engineering; 5 preferred
• 1 year PM experience desirable
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving
• Strong analytical/communication skills
• Proficient planning/organizational skills
