📋 Description

• Infant care in Ohana Child Development Center at Bandwidth Raleigh NC HQ.
• Collaborative teaching culture with Montessori and/or RIE approaches.
• Lead and mentor the teaching team to uphold high standards.
• Partner with Bandwidth families to support child development and communication.
• Prepare the classroom environment for the next day.
• Support accreditation and maintain best-in-class practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and MACTE Montessori certification or RIE training preferred.
• 5+ years experience in an infant environment.
• Primary caregiving techniques and strong observation/documentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and leadership.
• Understanding of prepared environment and Montessori/RIE pedagogy.
