📋 Description

• Examine medical history and determine eligibility for treatment
• Rédiger des ordonnances lorsque cliniquement indiqué or follow up with patients for additional
• Communicate with patients via secure messaging
• Collaborate with clinical and product teams to improve processes
• Report irritants in patient or provider experience and work with Customer Experience, Product and

🎯 Requirements

• Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and specialist
• Comfort working within a digital health platform
• Excellent written communication and ability to work effectively in asynchronous, fast-paced
• Responsiveness and empathy in patient interactions
• Interest in collaborating with non-clinical teams
• Male health experience is a plus
