Inflight Base Supervisor - AVL

📋 Description

• Oversee inflight operations for assigned crew domicile(s).
• Lead and manage Flight Attendants; promote accountability and safety.
• Coach to exceed performance; conduct observation flights and ramp checks.
• Handle fact-finding, grievances, and staff changes; maintain positive team culture.
• Respond to irregular operations; ensure on-time performance and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Combination of education and experience; must be authorized to work in the US.
• Associate's Degree or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year as a flight attendant; 2 years leading people; 1 year union environment experience.
• Valid passport and driver's license; pass Allegiant training and currency.
• English proficiency; FARs knowledge; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel; ability to work autonomously; strong communication and confidentiality.
