🎯 Requirements

4-6+ years in creator marketing strategy
Experience with creator discovery tools (e.g., CreatorIQ)
Ability to build relationships with creators, agents, and managers
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate goals into briefs
Knowledge of usage rights, licensing, exclusivity, and renewal terms
Available during East Coast business hours (9am–5pm ET)
