Information Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage service delivery and ITSM processes in Security Operations.
• Act as SPOC between service consumers and Eurofins Security.
• Ensure health of security services for internal consumers.
• Lead onboarding program for Zones and non-integrated ELEs; set timelines and track progress.
• Coordinate security metrics, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Publish regular service reviews and improvement plans for SLAs/KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in information security, CS, IT, or related field (required).
• 3+ years in IT service delivery; security-focused environment.
• Strong IT infrastructure, network security knowledge; ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA familiarity.
• Cloud security skills in AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure.
