📋 Description

• Own and drive multi-framework compliance roadmap (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, TISAX, NIS 2, DORA, ISO
• Lead end-to-end ISO 27001 implementations and related projects for customers.
• Mentor compliance specialists; review work to maintain audit quality.
• Collaborate with success and sales teams, providing guidance on complex questions.
• Partner with product/engineering to translate requirements into initiatives.
• Drive execution with an ownership mindset across ambiguous initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in information security and GRC, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven ISO 27001 project leadership (implementer/auditor).
• At least 2 years team leadership/people management experience.
• Hands-on use of a GRC platform or equivalent tools.
• Strong cloud security knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and remediation planning.
