Information Security Lead

📋 Description

• Own and drive the compliance roadmap across multiple frameworks.
• Lead ISO 27001 implementation and related projects for customers.
• Mentor and upskill compliance specialists within the team.
• Conduct internal audits for strategic customers and review junior work.
• Act as senior compliance partner for customer success and sales teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define compliance-driven initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in information security and GRC, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading at least 5 ISO 27001 projects as implementer/auditor.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on with a GRC platform or similar tools.
• Strong cloud security understanding across AWS, Azure, GCP.
