📋 Description

• Own and drive Secfix's compliance roadmap across multiple frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2
• Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers.
• Mentor the compliance team and drive consistency in audits and deliverables.
• Lead internal audits for strategic customers and reviews by junior team members.
• Act as a compliance partner to CS and sales, providing rapid expert support on customer calls.
• Own the platform's compliance content (policies, evidence templates, playbooks, trainings) and

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English is a must.
• 7+ years of hands-on information security and GRC experience in B2B SaaS.
• Led 5+ ISO 27001 certification projects as implementer/auditor.
• 2+ years of people/team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with a GRC platform; cloud posture across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Strong project management with ability to translate initiatives into concrete deliverables.
