Information System Security Engineer (ISSE)

📋 Description

• Join a team maintaining security posture for Windows systems, VMs, and cloud environments.
• Provide senior IA capabilities across architecture, design, and integration.
• Collaborate with government customers on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Support information systems security programs, infrastructure, apps, and SAA processes.
• Utilize IA tools like Tenable.io, Nessus Pro, and Nmap in assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years' security requirements analysis and system design experience.
• Bachelor's in Computer Security or related field; or 5 additional years of experience in lieu.
• Experience with cyber-risk/compliance systems (e.g., Xacta, RiskVision).
• Experience with vulnerability and compliance scans (SCAP, DISA STIG).
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 controls and evidence gathering.
• OS, network, and app security knowledge; SPLUNK experience.
