Information System Security Officer

📋 Description

• Assess threats and vulnerabilities and determine deviations from policy.
• Evaluate risk and develop mitigations for operational and non-operational scenarios.
• Lead security assessments of applications, cloud, and systems; implement controls per standards.
• Provide guidance on IA/Security requirements and accreditation processes.
• Create security blueprints, models, and guidelines to ensure secure enterprise IT architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and brief executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Degree in applicable field or 4 extra years of related experience if degree is different.
• Experience with NIST RMF and ISO, A&A processes, and GRC tools.
• Proficiency with network/vulnerability scanning and security architecture.
• US Citizenship or permanent residency required for agency/clearance considerations.
