Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)

📋 Description

• Implement cybersecurity, RMF, and continuous monitoring for DoD software factories and cloud
• Embed with mission teams and coord with ISSMs/ISSEs, COT, CPT, and DevSecOps
• Maintain secure cloud-native capabilities enabling rapid software delivery
• Operate in classified environments; San Antonio, TX, full-time on-site
• Support RMF activities, continuous monitoring, and cATO readiness
• Collaborate with government leadership to ensure cybersecurity posture

🎯 Requirements

• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly; U.S. Citizen
• Education: Bachelor's in Cybersecurity/CS/Engineering/IT or related
• Certification: Security+, CySA+, CASP+ or DoD 8140 equivalent
• 9+ years in DoD cybersecurity missions and RMF; SSPs/POA&Ms/SARs
• Experience with vulnerability mgmt, STIGs, continuous monitoring
• Knowledge of NIST RMF, SP 800-53, CNSSI, DISA STIGs
