Infrastructure Core Services Process Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Infrastructure Core services catalog, service docs, and governance docs.
• Analyze, design, and improve operational processes across Infrastructure Core teams.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvements; drive actions to completion.
• Design and establish new operational processes where none exist.
• Promote governance standards and best practices across infra operations.
• Develop reporting and tracking to support process performance and visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Process management, service management, IT operations or similar experience.
• Solid understanding of networks, systems, cloud, platform, DB, monitoring, security.
• Ability to structure and improve complex processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset; identify risks, gaps, opportunities.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, CMDB, Monday.com or similar tools.
