Infrastructure Engineer (Infra Foundations)

📋 Description

• Frontline role for triage and keep-the-lights-on work in Infra Foundations
• Owns incoming requests, triages urgency, and escalates with context
• Automates routine KTLO activities and supports GitHub/Spacelift workflows
• Troubleshoots core networking issues and maintains foundational systems
• Performs recurring operational tasks and improves self-service through runbooks
• Collaborates with teams to unblock engineers and reduce operational toil

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years infra, DevOps, or systems eng experience in a cloud env
• Hands-on AWS fundamentals (accounts, IAM, VPC, EC2)
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Spacelift) and Git workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, clear communication, service-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Ansible or similar CM and incident response is a plus
