Infrastructure, Network & Cloud Engineer

📋 Description

• Support operation, maintenance, and improvement of Sitecore’s hybrid network
• Implement and maintain network security controls
• Administer DNS, DHCP, and cert lifecycles
• Prepare, implement, validate network/firewall changes
• Investigate and resolve network incidents; on-call rotation
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, IT-Sec

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering in hybrid/cloud
• Strong Palo Alto, Panorama, Prisma Access, Global Protect
• Strong Meraki switching and SD-WAN experience
• Azure networking: VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, DNS, Private Endpoints, Firewall
• Routing fundamentals: BGP, OSPF; VLANs, spanning tree, QoS
• Observability tools: Datadog, Grafana (or equivalent)
