Provide L2 support for Palo Alto NGFW environments, including incident handling and resolution.
Manage day-to-day firewall operations, including policy changes, NAT, and VPNs.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
TAC coordination with vendors for complex issues.
Work with Palo Alto Panorama for centralized management (templates, log collectors).
Implement NGFW features: Threat Prevention, URL, Content filtering, DLP, User-ID.

🎯 Requirements

B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE) or MCA/MSc CS.
5+ years in network security and firewall management.
Hands-on Palo Alto firewall administration and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of PAN-OS, Panorama and firewall migrations (Cisco ASA).
Cloud security networking across AWS, GCP, and OCI.
