📋 Description

• Own the voice channel end to end with telephony and CPaaS integrations (Twilio, Amazon Connect).
• Develop features across React/TypeScript front ends and Scala/Python back-end services.
• Deliver multi-tenant architecture with one codebase for many partners.
• Ensure safety/compliance with guardrails, content filtering, and PII redaction.
• Maintain revenue-critical deployments via observability, alerts, and SLAs.
• Support platform go-lives and partner telephony integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering with senior ownership of production systems.
• Hands-on real-time systems experience (voice apps, WebRTC/SIP, low-latency).
• Strong React/TypeScript frontend; backend in Scala and/or Python; cloud (GCP or AWS).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools; ability to review and own deployments.
• Operable-systems mindset: SLAs, observability, on-call rotations, rollback plans.
