Innovation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead evaluation of line extensions, LTOs, price packs, and assortment.
• Prioritize the pipeline using data, insights, and financials.
• Collaborate with Insights, Brand, Sales, Finance, R&D, Ops.
• Analyze syndicated data and retailer performance to optimize SKUs.
• Build data-driven business cases for innovation investments.
• Drive cross-functional commercialization of new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in innovation, brand, category, portfolio strategy (CPG).
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience evaluating line extensions, pricing, assortment, portfolio.
• Cross-functional partner with Insights, Brand, Sales, Finance, R&D, Ops.
• Excellent project management; multi-priority in fast-paced env.
• Advanced Excel; Tableau/Power BI or similar tools.
