Inside Sales Learning & Development Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for inside sales teams
• Design and facilitate training on selling skills, product knowledge, clinical concepts, and
• Build scalable onboarding and continuous development for sales professionals
• Deliver virtual and in-person learning to accelerate productivity
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align programs with revenue and strategic goals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, HR, and others to reflect current messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and L&D/sales training experience
• 2–3 years inside sales or L&D experience; healthcare/medical devices preferred
• Proven success with virtual/inside sales training and consultative selling
• Experience designing eLearning and using modern learning tech
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and facilitation
• Excellent facilitation in virtual and in-person settings
