Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Make outbound sales calls to prospects identified by leads to qualify sales readiness and/or close
• Take inbound sales calls with the goal of closing sales over the phone
• Develop B2C and B2B sales opportunities by researching potential new customers and accounts
• Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers to qualify for sales readiness and
• Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process and refer to inside or
• Collaborate with team members and sales leaders to determine strategic sales approaches by channel

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ year of sales experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
• Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections
• Excellent presentation skills and customer service oriented
• Strong competitive sales background and first call closing skills
