🎯 Requirements

5+ years in analytics/BI or insights; 2+ years in B2B/GTM context.
Proven end-to-end reporting from data sourcing to delivery.
SQL proficiency; experience with Tableau/Looker/Mode or similar BI tools.
Experience with recurring, scalable business reports and analytical frameworks.
Strong communication; influence leadership and partners.
Familiarity with sales metrics, pipeline, and retention metrics.
