Inspector

📋 Description

• Conduct visual inspections of residential properties across New Jersey.
• Contact sellers/agents to gather condition and marketability info.
• Validate conditions via on-site inspections; document deficiencies.
• Enter and inspect vacant properties; document accessible areas.
• Capture interior and exterior photos representing condition and marketability.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and observations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in real estate, inspections, brokerage ops, property mgmt, asset mgmt, or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, mobile devices, and inspection technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document property conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
