Installation Specialist ensures POS installations and site readiness for SpotOn clients, via
Travel to client sites as needed to install hardware and train staff.
Mentor junior specialists and support project teams to improve installation efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years restaurant and/or technical support experience
Hands-on POS hardware installations in QSR/restaurant environments
Strong networking skills: wiring, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, troubleshooting
Ability to conduct client-facing walkthroughs and staff training (Zoom/in-person)
Fluent English; bilingual Spanish required
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
