Installation Specialist - Bilingual (Portland, OR)

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual site surveys for restaurant installations.
• Install and configure POS hardware and networking components.
• Provide onsite or virtual staff training and support.
• Lead multi-site installations and mentor junior specialists.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Collaborate with PMs, Technicians, and Engineering to ensure success.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of networking: cabling, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving; able to escalate issues.
• Hands-on POS installations across restaurant environments.
• Experience with client-facing walkthroughs and training (Zoom/in-person).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, ticketing, travel management.
• 2-3 years in restaurant/technical support; fintech/SaaS experience preferred.
