Identify, pitch, and onboard top institutional clients in CIS region.
Act as strategic partner, ensuring access to liquidity and API.
Develop and execute BD strategy for the Russian-speaking market.
Collaborate with product/engineering to relay client feedback (sub-accounts, custody, prime brokerage).
Represent the exchange at regional events to build a high-trust network.

🎯 Requirements

Native-level Russian (written/spoken) and professional English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales/BD/Prime Brokerage (TradFi or Crypto).
Established network in CIS hedge funds and family offices.
Strong understanding of exchange ops: API, margin trading, custody.
Able to work in a remote-first, fast-paced global team across time zones.
