🎯 Requirements

Native-level Russian; professional English.
5+ years in Institutional Sales/BD/Prime Brokerage.
Strong CIS hedge fund/family office network.
Knowledge of exchange ops: API connectivity, margin trading, custody.
Remote-friendly, fast-paced global team across time zones.
